Every machine is turn-key before it leaves.

G&J prides itself on its pre-delivery inspection. Every machine that enters our shop is inspected twice by our technician team — once when it's first received, and reviewed again each month it's in our care — then gets a full top-to-bottom PDI before delivery. The result: it's turn-key and ready to be dropped straight on the job site.

While a machine sits in our inventory it's re-checked every month — fluids, battery, fitment and function — so nothing degrades in storage.

Do you service imported / Asian-market excavators?

Yes. We service imported and Asian-market excavators, skid steers, and compact equipment — RIPPA, Zoomlion, Sany, XCMG, Kubota grey-market, Yanmar, Takeuchi, LiuGong, Lonking, SDLG and others. If it exists in the compact-equipment world, we've probably worked on one.

Can you help source hard-to-find parts?

Yes — parts sourcing is a core part of what we do. If we don't stock the part, we tap our RIPPA, Zoomlion, and cross-brand supplier network to find OEM or quality aftermarket parts and land them in Canada. Turnaround is typically 3–14 days depending on origin.

How is warranty work handled?

RIPPA and Zoomlion warranty claims are processed in-house at our Mississauga shop — no shipping the machine back overseas, no waiting weeks for approval. For other imported brands we can perform the repair and help you file the claim with the original supplier.

Do you support dealers at trade shows and fairs?

Yes. We attend the major Canadian construction and agriculture fairs and help our dealer partners with machine prep, transport, demo staffing, and on-site technical coverage. Contact us for the current show schedule.
